Advanced wiper blade technology

The wiper blade is made from high-grade synthetic rubber with a PTFE (teflon) coating, ensuring effective water removal and silent operation.

Durable construction

  • The aerodynamic profile ensures uniform pressure distribution along the entire length of the blade at any speed.
  • The wiper structure is perfectly matched to the windshield curvature.
  • Plastic components are made of high-quality Polyoxymethylene (POM)—a material known for its exceptional mechanical resistance.
  • Metal components are constructed from high-carbon steel with an electrophoretic anti-corrosion coating to provide complete rust protection.
  • Wipers are engineered to remain fully functional in extreme weather: they resist UV radiation, rain, snow, frost and wide temperature swings, maintaining consistent wiping performance and long service life.

We test before you hit the road

 

  • Natural conditions testing and road simulators.
  • Salt spray chambers to test corrosion resistance.
  • Abrasion, UV, and mechanical durability testing at Univentum Labs (Gdańsk, 2022).
  • SEM (Scanning Electron Microscope) analysis—we spot every micro-defect before it becomes a problem.

Advanced durability testing

Product development at OXIMO® relies on rigorous testing. Using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), we compared a new wiper blade (left) with one used under typical conditions for 10 months (right). Images magnified at 500x and 4000x clearly illustrate surface wear, verifying the durability and performance standards of our products.
